Nokia is one of the worlds leading mobile handset manufacturer and has a global reputation for after sales customer care service known as “Nokia Care” This service is provided by carefully chosen partners through a rigorous RFI process where potential partners need to prove their ability to uphold Nokia’s global image and ensure customers continue to receive the state of the art service during their visit to a Nokia care centre.
During a recent restructure Nokia eliminated almost 60 percent of its Nokia Care service partners and chose to work with carefully selected partners who have all the right credentials and recognise the changes in both the consumer and the very fast moving technology.
ChyTel competed with the 200 Nokia care partners and successfully won the tender going forward for Nokia UK to provide a new Nokia care service to a new generation of consumers who want more than just a handset.
